Neighboring Communities
Tucson is home, but our work has always followed good houses and good clients beyond the city.
Our portfolio reaches north to Marana, south to Nogales, and east to Bisbee. We have represented a contemporary home overlooking the Tortolita Mountains, a pair of historic adobe houses near Saguaro National Park, a Bennie Gonzales residence in Nogales, and a former schoolhouse in Old Bisbee.
Each place has its own landscape, architecture, and way of living. We bring the same attention to all of them, looking closely at how a property was made, how it sits on the land, and what will matter to the people who live there next.
WHAT TO LOVE
More land, open desert, and longer mountain views
Regional architecture with a strong sense of place
Historic buildings and homes with original character
Communities with identities entirely their own
Room for a quieter or more unconventional way of living
LOCAL LIFESTYLE
Life outside Tucson changes with the landscape.
Marana opens toward the Tortolita Mountains, working desert, and wide stretches of protected land. Nogales is shaped by borderland culture, family history, and a rich regional architectural language. Bisbee climbs into the Mule Mountains, with historic buildings, narrow streets, and a creative spirit that has drawn people there for generations.
These communities offer something Tucson cannot always provide: more room, a slower pace, or the chance to live inside a very particular piece of Southern Arizona.
DINING AND GATHERING PLACES
There is no single guide to an area this broad, and that is part of its appeal.
Spend a morning walking Old Bisbee, seek out a favorite meal in Nogales, or return home beneath the Tortolitas before sunset. The best way to know these places is locally, slowly, and on their own terms.
